This category showcases suppliers to the industry and key support from a professional service to property in the Bath area. With excellent customer service, customer satisfaction and efficient service.

As with any small business, its success and quality are driven as much by its staff as the quality of its products and services.

The small Saltford Kitchens team excels in its day to day tasks. The Head Designers obsession with kitchens and high levels of detail and consideration given to each project, complemented by the Showroom Managers exceptional customer care and organisation in planning and communication of the whole process, from initial showroom meetings through to a detailed schedule of works and sign off of the finished fitted kitchen.

Contractor

This category is to highlight skilled contractors across all trades that make a property come to life such as construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating.

Did you know we offer end-to-end services including Design & Planning, Plumbing & Heating and Electrical & Lighting? This means we have an overview of the entire project, control of the budget and programme to allow for a continuity of teams and standards.

Residential Development

This category is aimed at residential development projects in the Bath area. We are thrilled that we have made it as finalists in this category as we get to showcase one of our most recent projects Ashlar and Glass Eco House! This beautiful, architect-designed, bespoke, eco home is in the heart of the historic city of Bath. The combination of real ‘Bath stone’ Ashlar alongside the subtle, natural, grey tones of the pre-aged Poplar is set off perfectly by the crisp contemporary lines of the grey aluminium windows and zinc cladding and the expansive glazed elevations.

Rising Star

An individual in a company making an impact now that is definitely also one to watch for the future – our rising star this year is Tom Coles!
